Investments are flexible, with a quarterly investment schedule rather than a one-time commitment. You can subscribe for future Crypto VC’s in advance and easily commit more or less capital each quarter as the VC’s investment goals change.

How do the subscriptions work?

GOEMON Crypto VC’s are opened each quarter to allow further investments to new found deals during the quarter. By subscribing, an investor commits to investing the agreed for subscription amount each quarter to the VC. Each investor also has the right to modify or cancel their subscription before the beginning of the next subscription period.

How do revenue distributions work?

Investors will receive reveune distributions from subscribed Crypto VC’s once there is a liquidity event in their investments. Investment often made by combination of token and equity, usually you can expect liquidation from few years to 5,6 years.
